On June 5th Governor Hickenlooper signed SB14-125 Transportation Network Companies Regulation. BBMK, on behalf of Uber secured passage of SB14-125 making Colorado the first state to pass legislation on this issue. Representatives Dan Pabon, Libby Szabo, and Senators Ted Harvey and Cheri Jahn were the sponsors of the legislation and worked in a bipartisan manner to allow ridesharing to continue in Colorado.
