Last year, on behalf on the Western Colorado Business Alliance, BBMK was retained to pass SB15-282, Jump Start Colorado. This legislation spurs employment, economic and the location of new business in economically distressed areas in Colorado. The bill was passed and signed into law on 5/13/2015. As mentioned by Governor Hickenlooper in his State of the State, the first Rural Jump-Start zone has been approved for Mesa County.
